A 60-day pilot. We find the brands with the biggest customer data, spot when each one is ready, and put the right people into campaigns your team approves. You take the meetings. When it ends, the whole system stays with you.
| What it does | Finds the brands sitting on customer data they don't sell yet, spots when each one is ready, and gets your team meetings with the people who decide |
| The hard part, solved | You can't see a brand's data pool under GDPR. We score it from what is public: loyalty members, app installs, web visits, stores, annual reports |
| Projected outcome | About 30 held meetings with brand decision-makers and about 6 new partners in the standard case (18 to 60 meetings across our three scenarios) |
| Cost | €6,000 flat if your team answers the replies, €7,000 if we do. No per-meeting fees |
| What you keep | The brand map, the daily signal monitors, warmed domains and inboxes, the tested campaigns and the playbook |
| Your time | About an hour during the build, then a few minutes a week in Slack |
| Today | With the system |
|---|---|
| Lookalikes from a shared list | A scored map of the whole market, ranked by how much data each brand likely holds |
| Research by hand to see who's ready | Intent signals monitored daily, with the people to contact |
| Every message written and sent by hand | A campaign per segment and role. Once you approve it, new brands that fit go straight in |
| Leads handed over in HubSpot | Each interested reply pings Slack and is logged in HubSpot with the full thread and a phone number where we find one. Your team answers in the original thread |
The signals. Every day we search job posts, press, company sites and the tech brands add to their stack. A brand hiring for data monetisation, a new Head of Data, a new clean room, a growing loyalty programme, a LiveRamp partnership: each one lands in Slack the same day with the people to contact. Paul asked how this works; this is what it looks like.
Built from real signals we found this month. You reply go or skip, and nothing new goes out without your OK.
Three lanes, each with its own list and message, so you can see which one works. We estimate about 5,000 consumer brands in Europe and the US hold 1M+ known customers, and most don't sell that data yet. A first pass this week found these, all from public figures:
| Lane | First brands we found |
|---|---|
| A. Platforms like your partners streaming and big audience owners, seeded from Rakuten TV | Tubi (110M monthly users), Pluto TV (89.6M), Plex (42M+), TF1+ (42M), Channel 4 Streaming, ITVX, Atresplayer, RTL+, Joyn, Viaplay |
| B. Already selling launched a data or retail media product in the last year | Kingfisher (first Head of Data Monetisation), Carrefour / Unlimitail, MediaMarktSaturn, Rossmann, Spar, Hubert Burda Media, Vinted, leboncoin, Deutsche Telekom, lastminute.com |
| C. Dormant data millions of known customers, no data product found | H&M (100M+ members), Inditex (218M app users), IKEA, Ryanair (208M passengers), Wizz Air, Miles & More, Deutsche Bahn, Flix, Accor (100M+ members), Pandora, PureGym, CTS Eventim (260M+ profiles) |
The full build scores a few thousand brands. Your current partners are left out, and we'd check every name against your CRM first.
Each segment and role gets its own sequence, sent in the name of whoever takes the meetings. You approve every campaign before it goes out.
{{first_name}}, {{company}} reaches {{monthly_users}} people a month. I'd guess most of what that data earns comes from advertisers your team sells to directly.
We clean, segment and package first-party viewer data, and it's sold across 27+ ad platforms on a revenue share, with no upfront cost. Other streaming platforms already work with us this way.
Worth a quick call to see what your audience could add?
{{first_name}}, a data business at a brand like {{company}} usually starts with the advertisers you already know through {{brands}}. The harder part is the buyers who have never heard of you.
We clean, segment and package your customer data, and it's sold across 27+ ad platforms on a revenue share, so it reaches those buyers without adding headcount.
Worth a quick call on how other brands set this up?
One pilot, the full system, two ways to run it. The only difference is who answers the replies.
Both include the scored brand map, daily signals, verified contacts with phone numbers where found, a campaign per segment and role, and the sending domains, inboxes and warm-up. Prices exclude VAT and cover the 14-day build and 60 days of sending. No per-meeting fees.
Why 1,000 emails a day. That reaches about 20,000 people in 60 days: around three decision-makers at each of roughly 6,000 brands, which covers most of the market we sized.
| Conservative | Standard | Strong | |
|---|---|---|---|
| People contacted (1,000 emails a day, an email and one follow-up each) | 20,000 | 20,000 | 20,000 |
| Interested replies | 40 (1 in 500) | 67 (1 in 300) | 133 (1 in 150) |
| Meetings booked (50% of interested replies) | 20 | 33 | 67 |
| Meetings held (90% show up) | 18 | 30 | 60 |
| Conservative | Standard | Strong | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Estimated new partners (1 in 5 held meetings closes) | 4 | 6 | 12 |
| Cost per held meeting, your team answers (€6,000) | €333 | €200 | €100 |
| Cost per held meeting, we answer (€7,000) | €389 | €233 | €117 |
| Cost per new partner, your team answers | €1,500 | €1,000 | €500 |
| Cost per new partner, we answer | €1,750 | €1,167 | €583 |
All figures are estimates and the same whichever option you pick. The reply, booking and show-up rates come from our own campaigns, and the conservative case allows for enterprise brands replying less. The 1 in 5 close rate is our assumption, not your number - swap in your own and the maths still has to hold.
The fee buys the meetings, and a system that keeps finding the next brands after the pilot.
We haven't run outbound for an identity or data company before, so you'd be the first. What we have done is get software and agencies in front of the biggest consumer brands in Europe, which is your buyer too.
| Client | Result |
|---|---|
| Appetite Creative | 30 meetings in 4 months with brands like Pepsi, Unilever and Heineken. $40K closed, $600K+ pipeline |
| Circulate | 159 interested leads in 10 months from food and drink brands like Diageo, PepsiCo and Haribo |
| Solavieve | 120 qualified meetings in 7 months, including Hyatt and Four Seasons |
| Diginauts | 72 qualified meetings in 6 months, 11.3% reply rate across 15,488 people |
Lynette asked how we do this legally. The short answer: B2B email to a relevant person at a company is allowed in Europe under legitimate interest, and we run it so it stays that way.
